ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH was awarded for the first time as top employer in mechanical and plant engineering in Germany for the year 2020 – Thank you very much!

Since 2018, Kununu, the subsidiary of XING, together with the magazine FOCUS has been published a list of top medium-sized employers.
In order to earn this award, the companies had to meet specified criteria. These criteria included a minimum number of ratings and a rating average of at least 3.5 stars. Only a top recommendation rate and very good ratings justify the award in the end.
ALD was evaluated 54 times anonymously and received an average of 3.7 stars with a remarkable recommendation rate of 83% (as of September 2019). From over 900,000 companies, ALD has qualified for the seal of approval.
On behalf of the Management Board, Mr. Guido Löber, CEO of ALD, thanked for this award: “We would like to thank all of the employees of ALD, because they make up the character of the company. In the last 3 years, the company has achieved significant growth. At location Hanau, we have grown from 381 employees to over 500 colleagues. Apparently, we, from junior to senior, succeeded into forming a collegial team. Increasing employee satisfaction will always remain as our important concern in the future. And if this is also expressed in an evaluation with a score of at least 4.0 out of 5.0, this would be a nice development and confirmation of our efforts during the time”.
