
Electron Beam Gun
EBG with up to 45 kW beam power at a maximum acceleration voltage of 150 kV. Featuring a built-in detector for recording backscattered electron images during layer build-up.
Powder Application System
Unit using a rake system for applying thin powder layers in the typical range of 50 – 100 μm. The powder is fed alternately from two sides, with excess powder being collected in an overflow.
Process Chamber
The Process Chamber carries all the assemblies necessary for the powder bed process. Equipped with a vacuum pump system that brings the Process Chamber to a vacuum range of 10-4 mbar.

Extraction Unit for build preparation and excess powder removal from built components. Featuring gloves and viewing windows from two sides and an additional slide to facilitate unloading and loading of the start plate.
Withdrawal Unit
High-precision withdrawal unit for positioning a powder bed of up to 15 tons weight with an accuracy of approx. 0.01 mm and a total build height of approx. 1000 mm.
Build Chamber
Build Chamber with a total volume of 850 x 850 x 1000 mm3. Mounted on a cart which can be moved between Process Chamber and Extraction Unit.
